Feira Social

Terms of Use

Clear rules on how our followers, likes, and views services work: payment, delivery, guarantees, and your rights as a consumer.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern the ordering and use of the services offered by FeiraSocial through the site feirasocial.com.

By placing an order or using the site, you state that you have read, understood, and agree to the conditions described below, as well as our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of this document. If you disagree with any point, do not use the services.

2. Who Can Place an Order

The services are intended exclusively for people over 18 years old, or minors duly represented by their legal guardians.

By placing an order, you state that:

  • you own the profile, channel, or content provided in the order, or you have the owner's express authorization to place the order on their behalf;
  • the information provided is true and accurate;
  • you're using a payment method that belongs to you, or that you're authorized by its owner to use.

3. What We Offer

Feira Social sells social media growth and engagement services — followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, and related items.

The technical execution of delivery is carried out by specialized partners, under Feira Social's coordination. Feira Social operates the site, the checkout, the coordination of delivery to the destination you provide, and customer support. Feira Social is the provider of the services to the end customer.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify, SoundCloud, Kwai, Telegram, Twitch, Threads, Kick, Reddit, or any other platform mentioned. Third-party brands and names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the service.

4. How Buying Works

  • You choose the platform, the service, and the quantity you want.
  • You only provide the link or @ of the public profile/content — we never ask for your password, under any circumstances or through any channel.
  • Access to the "My Orders" area is done using only the @ you provided, with no password. The identifier is saved on your device to make it easier to come back.
  • Payment is processed by credit card, secure local payment methods, or the other options available at checkout, through partner payment gateways.
  • Delivery starts after payment is confirmed, within the estimated timeframe shown on the chosen service's page.

The timelines shown on service pages are estimates for starting and finishing delivery, subject to the availability of each partner's delivery channels.

5. Prices and Pricing Errors

Prices shown on the site are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and may change at any time, without prior notice. The valid price is the one shown when you complete the order.

In the event of an obvious pricing error — a system failure, a price clearly out of line with the market, or a typo — Feira Social may cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid, notifying the customer through official channels.

6. Prohibited Use

You are expressly prohibited from using the services:

  • on third-party profiles, channels, or content without the owner's authorization;
  • on profiles belonging to minors;
  • on content that promotes illegal activity, hate speech, discrimination, violence, disinformation, fraud, or adult material;
  • to simulate public support in an election context, in violation of applicable election law;
  • with the aim of harming, defaming, or manipulating a third party's reputation;
  • through automation, unauthorized resale, reverse engineering, or attempts to get around the platform's limits, coupons, or promotions.

Confirming any of these situations authorizes immediate cancellation of the order, with no right to a refund, and a block on future orders.

7. Customer Responsibilities

For the service to be delivered correctly, you must:

  • keep the profile or content public throughout delivery, when applicable to the service ordered;
  • correctly provide the @, link, destination, and quantity when placing the order;
  • not change your username while the order is in progress;
  • not simultaneously use similar third-party services that could conflict with delivery.

Orders processed to an incorrect destination provided by the customer are not eligible for re-delivery or a refund, as set out in the Refund Policy.

8. Guarantees and Service Limits

We offer a refill guarantee for natural drops, within the period shown on each service's page (R30, R60, R120, etc.). Services marked "SR · No refill" don't include this guarantee, and that condition is shown on the card before you buy.

We don't guarantee specific results in sales, organic reach, conversion, or algorithm performance. The services increase metrics in an assisted way; the final outcome also depends on your content, niche, and strategy.

9. What Exactly You're Ordering

This section defines the subject matter of the contract. Read it carefully, because it determines when an order is considered fulfilled.

What's included in the service you ordered:

  • delivery of the quantity ordered to the destination (profile, link, or content) you provided;
  • the start of delivery within the estimated timeframe shown on the service page;
  • the refill guarantee for the period shown on the service card (R30, R60, R120, etc.), when applicable;
  • support for tracking your order through official channels.

What's NOT included in the service you ordered:

  • the delivered metric staying in place indefinitely after the refill period ends;
  • the metric being maintained if the destination platform runs a sweep, adjustment, or removal of accounts and interactions;
  • any result in organic reach, spontaneous engagement, conversion, sales, or algorithm performance;
  • the service's approval by, tolerance under, or compatibility with the destination platform's internal policies.

Growth and engagement services are, by nature, a best-effort obligation regarding permanence and a results-based obligation regarding delivery: we commit to delivering the quantity ordered and to refilling drops within the guarantee period, not to ensuring the metric stays in place indefinitely.

How we measure delivery: we consider an order fulfilled when execution records (system logs, with date, time, and volume) show delivery of the quantity ordered to the destination provided, allowing for a natural variation of up to 5% more or less. These records are available on request through support.

10. Events Beyond Our Control

Feira Social does not operate, control, or influence the destination platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Facebook, X, Kwai, Telegram, Twitch, Threads, Kick, Reddit, and others).

Unilateral changes made by these platforms — algorithm changes, account sweeps, removal or adjustment of metrics, reach limits, or restriction or suspension of profiles — constitute an exclusive act of a third party, a circumstance excluding liability under art. 14, § 3, II, of the Consumer Protection Code.

Likewise, we're not liable for events of fortuitous cause or force majeure, under art. 393 of the Civil Code, including prolonged unavailability of third-party infrastructure, payment processor failures, and interruptions resulting from a legal or judicial order.

Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for correctly delivering the service you ordered, for the refill guarantee described in section 9, or for the rights guaranteed under the Consumer Protection Code.

11. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Feira Social reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel orders, with a full refund of the amount paid, in the following situations:

  • well-founded suspicion of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized payment;
  • a profile, link, or destination that doesn't exist, is private, invalid, or unavailable;
  • technical unavailability of the delivery channel with the executing partner;
  • violation of these Terms.

12. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

You can request a refund review within 7 (seven) calendar days of payment confirmation. The full conditions are in the Refund Policy.

In short: orders that haven't started, or that have a proven failure on Feira Social's part, get priority for a refund; once delivery has started, the review may result in a refill, continued delivery, or a proportional partial refund.

When a paid order is canceled, the amount may be credited as store credit to the account linked to the purchase email, for use on new orders on the site — as set out in the Refund Policy.

Chargeback: we strongly recommend contacting us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Disputes filed without prior contact will be answered to the gateway with the order's full history and delivery logs, and abusive disputes may result in a block on new orders.

13. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018).

To reiterate: we never ask for your social media password. Be wary of any contact requesting that information in our name.

14. Intellectual Property

The site feirasocial.com, its brand, logo, layout, text, free tools, code, and other elements are owned by FeiraSocial or its licensors, and are protected under intellectual property law.

Reproduction, copying, automated scraping, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

15. Site Availability

We work to keep the site continuously available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, without creating any right to compensation.

16. Consumer Rights

Brazilian consumers are guaranteed all the rights set out in the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990), including the right of withdrawal on orders that haven't started, within 7 (seven) days of placing the order, under art. 49 of the CDC.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the service, in payment methods, or in the law. The version in effect is always the one published on this page, identified by the last-updated date at the top and by the version identifier (e.g., 2026-08-04).

Substantial changes will be announced with a notice on the site. The version history is available at Terms — Version History.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The competent jurisdiction under Brazilian law is elected to settle any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file suit in the jurisdiction of their domicile, under art. 101, I, of the Consumer Protection Code.

19. Deadline for Reporting Defects

Under art. 26, I, of the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for reporting apparent or easily noticeable defects in non-durable services is 30 (thirty) days, counted from the completion of delivery.

This deadline is separate from the 7-day period for requesting a refund review (Refund Policy) and from the refill guarantee period shown on each service's card.

20. Delivery Records as Evidence

You agree that the electronic records kept by Feira Social and its delivery partners — order logs, start and finish date and time, volume delivered, destination provided, IP address, and payment identifier — constitute valid evidence to prove the service was performed, under art. 411, II, of the Code of Civil Procedure and Law 12,965/2014 (the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet).

These records are kept for 5 (five) years and can be requested at any time through official channels.

21. Dispute Resolution

Before turning to any other channel, please talk to our support team first: most situations get resolved within a few hours.

If no agreement is reached, you can file your complaint with:

  • consumidor.gov.br — the federal government's official platform, where we respond within 10 days;
  • Reclame Aqui, where we keep active support;
  • The Procon office for your city or state.

This section does not restrict your right to access the courts, guaranteed by art. 5, XXXV, of the Federal Constitution.

22. Orders Placed by a Legal Entity

When the order is placed by a legal entity or by a professional who uses the services as an input for their own economic activity — agencies, ad managers, marketing consultancies, resellers — this is not a consumer relationship, and the Consumer Protection Code does not apply.

In these cases, the following specific conditions apply:

  • Feira Social's total liability, for any cause, is limited to the amount actually paid for the order that gave rise to the dispute;
  • there is no duty to compensate for lost profits, indirect damages, loss of contracts, data loss, or reputational harm;
  • the party placing the order is solely responsible to their own end customers, and states that they have obtained express authorization from them to place the order;
  • the party placing the order releases Feira Social from, and will indemnify it against, any claim brought by their end customers arising from use of the services;
  • the right of withdrawal under art. 49 of the CDC does not apply.

Qualification as a legal entity is established by providing a CNPJ when placing the order, or by objective evidence of professional use of the services.
