Quality & Badges

We explain HQ, MQ, refills, and where the badges you see on the cards come from — no runaround.

HQ / Premium

HQ stands for High Quality (also shown as Premium). These are lines focused on more stable retention and delivery at a controlled pace.

The price is generally a bit higher, precisely because of the line's quality and, often, because of longer refill windows.

If your profile is for business or a brand, or you prioritize stability, HQ is usually the main choice.

MQ

MQ is a mid-range tier: good for anyone who wants volume and value for money, without the top-tier requirements of Premium.

Even so, the rules about keeping your profile public and using the right destination still apply. Quality doesn't replace responsible use of your account.

Useful for tests, one-off campaigns, or whenever your budget calls for more volume for your money.

Refill (R30, R60, R120…)

The “R” stands for refill. The number is the guarantee period in days: R30 = 30 days, R60 = 60 days, and so on.

If there's a natural drop within the period shown on the service card, the refill follows that product's policy — in line with our Refund Policy.

Drops caused by deleted posts, a changed @, or a private profile can prevent a rerun. That's why we only ask for a public @ or link.

SR · No refill

SR stands for no refill. This line doesn't include a refill guarantee.

This condition is shown on the card before you buy — never a surprise after the sale. Use SR when price is the priority and a refill isn't a requirement.

Not sure what applies to your order? Our human support team, via ticket, can help you check the badge on the service you chose.

Comparison table

How to choose

  • New profile: start with modest quantities — HQ if you want refill security, MQ if you're testing engagement.
  • Business account: prioritize HQ and clear refill terms on the card.
  • Content launch: pair views/likes with the right format (Reels, posts, Stories).
  • Spotify artist: use the matching service page and check the destination type (profile, track, playlist) before you pay.

In every case: we never ask for your password — only your public link or @.
