1. About These Terms

Estes Termos de Uso regulam a contratação e a utilização dos serviços oferecidos pela GoFollowers, por meio do site gofollowers.com.br.

By placing an order or using the site, you state that you have read, understood, and agree to the conditions described below, as well as our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of this document. If you disagree with any point, do not use the services.

2. Who Can Place an Order

The services are intended exclusively for people over 18 years old, or minors duly represented by their legal guardians.

By placing an order, you state that:

  • you own the profile, channel, or content provided in the order, or you have the owner's express authorization to place the order on their behalf;
  • the information provided is true and accurate;
  • you're using a payment method that belongs to you, or that you're authorized by its owner to use.

3. What We Offer

A Go Followers comercializa serviços de crescimento e engajamento para redes sociais — seguidores, curtidas, visualizações, comentários, inscritos e correlatos.

Nenhum desses serviços é produzido ou executado em nossos servidores. A execução técnica é realizada por parceiros especializados. A Go Followers opera o site, o checkout, a coordenação da entrega ao destino informado por você e o suporte ao cliente.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify, SoundCloud, Kwai, Telegram, Twitch, Threads, Kick, Reddit, or any other platform mentioned. Third-party brands and names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the service.

4. How Buying Works

  • You choose the platform, the service, and the quantity you want.
  • You only provide the link or @ of the public profile/content — we never ask for your password, under any circumstances or through any channel.
  • Access to the "My Orders" area is done using only the @ you provided, with no password. The identifier is saved on your device to make it easier to come back.
  • Payment is processed by partner payment gateways, using the methods available at checkout for your country (such as bank transfer or local payment methods).
  • Delivery starts after payment is confirmed, within the estimated timeframe shown on the chosen service's page.

The timelines shown on service pages are estimates for starting and finishing delivery, subject to the availability of each partner's delivery channels.

5. Prices and Pricing Errors

Prices on the site are shown automatically converted into this version's currency and may change at any time, without prior notice. The valid price is the one shown when you complete the order.

6. Prohibited Use

You are expressly prohibited from using the services:

  • on third-party profiles, channels, or content without the owner's authorization;
  • on profiles belonging to minors;
  • on content that promotes illegal activity, hate speech, discrimination, violence, disinformation, fraud, or adult material;
  • to simulate public support in an election context, in violation of applicable election law;
  • with the aim of harming, defaming, or manipulating a third party's reputation;
  • through automation, unauthorized resale, reverse engineering, or attempts to get around the platform's limits, coupons, or promotions.

Confirming any of these situations authorizes immediate cancellation of the order, with no right to a refund, and a block on future orders.

7. Customer Responsibilities

For the service to be delivered correctly, you must:

  • keep the profile or content public throughout delivery, when applicable to the service ordered;
  • correctly provide the @, link, destination, and quantity when placing the order;
  • not change your username while the order is in progress;
  • not simultaneously use similar third-party services that could conflict with delivery.

Orders processed to an incorrect destination provided by the customer are not eligible for re-delivery or a refund, as set out in the Refund Policy.

8. Guarantees and Service Limits

We offer a refill guarantee for natural drops, within the period shown on each service's page (R30, R60, R120, etc.). Services marked "SR · No refill" don't include this guarantee, and that condition is shown on the card before you buy.

We don't guarantee specific results in sales, organic reach, conversion, or algorithm performance. The services increase metrics in an assisted way; the final outcome also depends on your content, niche, and strategy.

9. Limitação de responsabilidade

A Go Followers não controla, opera nem influencia as políticas internas, algoritmos ou decisões das plataformas de destino.

Não nos responsabilizamos por restrições, remoção ou reajuste de métricas, limitação de alcance, bloqueio ou suspensão de contas decorrentes de decisão unilateral da rede social.

O cliente declara estar ciente de que métricas contratadas podem ser ajustadas ou removidas pela própria plataforma a qualquer tempo, e de que tal ocorrência não configura, por si só, falha na prestação do serviço — ficando sujeita exclusivamente à garantia de reposição descrita na página do serviço contratado.

A responsabilidade da Go Followers, em qualquer hipótese, limita-se ao valor efetivamente pago pelo pedido em questão.

10. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

A Go Followers reserva-se o direito de recusar, suspender ou cancelar pedidos, com estorno integral do valor pago, nas seguintes situações:

  • well-founded suspicion of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized payment;
  • a profile, link, or destination that doesn't exist, is private, invalid, or unavailable;
  • technical unavailability of the delivery channel with the executing partner;
  • violation of these Terms.

11. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

You can request a refund review within 7 (seven) calendar days of payment confirmation. The full conditions are in the Refund Policy.

Em resumo: pedidos não iniciados ou com falha comprovada da Go Followers têm prioridade de estorno; após o início da entrega, a análise pode resultar em reposição, continuação da entrega ou reembolso parcial proporcional.

Chargeback: we strongly recommend contacting us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Disputes filed without prior contact will be answered to the gateway with the order's full history and delivery logs, and abusive disputes may result in a block on new orders.

12. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018).

To reiterate: we never ask for your social media password. Be wary of any contact requesting that information in our name.

13. Intellectual Property

O site gofollowers.com.br, sua marca, logotipo, layout, textos, ferramentas gratuitas, códigos e demais elementos são de titularidade da GoFollowers ou de seus licenciantes, protegidos pela legislação de propriedade intelectual.

Reproduction, copying, automated scraping, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

14. Site Availability

We work to keep the site continuously available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, without creating any right to compensation.

15. Consumer Rights

Brazilian consumers are guaranteed all the rights set out in the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990), including the right of withdrawal on orders that haven't started, within 7 (seven) days of placing the order, under art. 49 of the CDC.

16. Changes to These Terms

Podemos atualizar estes Termos periodicamente para refletir mudanças no serviço, nos meios de pagamento ou na legislação. A versão vigente é sempre a publicada nesta página, identificada pela data de última atualização no topo.

Alterações substanciais serão comunicadas por aviso no site.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court under Brazilian law, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file suit in the courts of their place of residence, under art. 101, I, of the Consumer Protection Code.
